3. Account Opening and Management

3.1 — Registration

Each player may open only one account. The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Deliberately providing false information may result in account termination.

3.2 — Login Security

You must keep your account credentials and password completely confidential and must not share them with anyone. All payments and gameplay carried out using your login credentials will be considered as your own actions.

3.3 — Account Closure

q79mmk may suspend or close any account without prior notice to handle prohibited conduct (fraud, money laundering, or software exploit abuse).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 — Deposit Policy

Payment methods supported at q79mmk are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is 20,000 Ks. Deposits can only be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

Deposited funds will be credited to your account after verification through the counterparty bank. If delays occur, q79mmk is not responsible for issues arising on the bank / payment operator's side.

4.2 — Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks and withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same bank / wallet used for your deposit.

To withdraw, you must first complete any applicable bonus wagering requirements. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only your original deposit will be eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 — Financial Checks

When large withdrawal amounts or irregular playing patterns are detected, q79mmk has the right to carry out financial checks (KYC / AML). Funds will be held until the check is complete and the player must cooperate.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

The q79mmk welcome bonus is 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example —

  • 20,000 Ks deposit → bonus 40,000 Ks → total balance 60,000 Ks → wagering requirement 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks
  • 320,000 Ks deposit → bonus 300,000 Ks → total balance 620,000 Ks → wagering requirement 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks

You must wager the bonus amount 15 times before you are eligible to withdraw.

5.2 — General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus is available once per person.
  • Some games may be restricted when playing with a bonus; check the promotions page for details.
  • If a player is found to be claiming bonuses repeatedly using multiple accounts, family members, the same IP address, or the same device, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 — VIP and Cashback

Players in q79mmk's 5 VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) will receive weekly cashback based on their wagering volume. VIP cashback eligibility is determined by q79mmk according to qualifying criteria, and cashback will be credited as bonus funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 — Fair Play

Games provided by q79mmk use a Random Number Generator (RNG) or Live Dealer format and are guaranteed to be fair. While q79mmk works to keep game results running smoothly, no guarantee can be made as to the amount any player will win.

6.2 — Prohibited Cheating

If any of the following methods of cheating can be proven, q79mmk has the right to close the account and forfeit all winnings—

  • Playing with a bot or any automated system
  • Hedging / dutching bets against yourself to claim a bonus
  • Chip dumping between two or more players
  • Exploiting a software bug to obtain winnings

6.3 — Technical Issues

If technical issues such as server disconnections or software errors occur during gameplay, q79mmk will review the game log and its decision will be final.
